1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to jkt8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the management of the platform jkt8 ("Company", "us", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided on the jkt8, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the platform jkt8. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jkt8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Please notify customer support immediately jkt8 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jkt8 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a utility bill as proof of address, and a screenshot of the payment method used.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

jkt8 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name — jkt8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing Times

5Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings at jkt8 may be made at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the identity verification (KYC) process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Any bonus with outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
• Funds earned through referral promotions or special incentives are subject to their respective wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or standard bank transfer may take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the bank's operating hours. jkt8 does not charge any withdrawal fees to members.

jkt8 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if there are signs of suspicious activity or fraud related to the account in question.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by jkt8 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only — at the time of their first deposit.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonus wagering requirements are calculated using bonus funds only, unless otherwise stated.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements (for example, slots 100%, Live Casino 20%, Sports Betting 50%).

• Weekly Cashback: Up to 10% back on net weekly losses for casino games and roulette.
• Sports Betting Rebate: Automatic 1% daily rebate on all Sports Betting wagers placed.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions tied to major sporting events, Malaysian festivities, and other dedicated campaigns.

7General Game Rules

All games available on the platform jkt8 — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo), and other table games — are subject to their respective specific rules as displayed within each game interface.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are final. Technical issues such as a player's internet connection dropping during an active game round do not void that round — the jkt8 will record and settle each round in accordance with the outcome generated by the game system.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed before you begin playing. jkt8 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time with reasonable notice to members.

7.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption caused by the system jkt8 during an active game round, jkt8 will use system records to determine the outcome of that game round. If the outcome cannot be determined, the full bet amount will be refunded to the member's account.

8Sports Betting & Match Odds

Sports Betting section jkt8 offers over 500 matches daily, covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, BWF badminton, IPL cricket, MPL Malaysia esports, NBA, and much more. All Sports Betting is subject to the following terms:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet is considered accepted once confirmed by the system jkt8 and displayed in the betting history section of your account.
• jkt8 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet suspected of being placed based on inside information or fraudulent activity.
• Odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is accepted and cannot be changed once confirmed.

8.2 Cancellation & Match Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be voided except for markets that were already settled prior to the postponement.
• In-play bets (live betting) that have been settled prior to a suspension or cancellation are final and will not be voided.

8.3 Odds Errors

jkt8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a technical error or human error — even after a match has concluded. The full bet amount will be refunded to the member's account in such cases.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following is a list of activities that are strictly prohibited on the platform jkt8. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or the KYC process, creating a fake identity, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple Account Ownership: Owning, using, or attempting to use more than one account jkt8 in any capacity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine risk, or colluding with other members to abuse bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Betting Abuse: Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts, whether on jkt8 or across different platforms.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform jkt8 to transfer or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity in any form.
• System Disruptions: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system or software jkt8.
• Support Abuse: Being rude, threatening, or using inappropriate language towards any customer support staff jkt8.

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by jkt8

jkt8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Business decisions or applicable legal requirements.

If an account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms by the member, any valid remaining balance in that account will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support jkt8 via live chat or email. Once the account closure request has been received, jkt8 will process any eligible balance withdrawal and close the account within 5 business days.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jkt8 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming activity on our platform — including money lost while playing any game available on jkt8.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
